What is your return policy?
All beanie baby and Hallmark ornament sales are final; no returns will be accepted on these items.
Buyer may return any handbag or accessory item if not completely satisfied.
Please retain original tags and packaging materials and include with your return.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges on returns, including the original charge. Return request by email must be made within 14 days of the date the item is received. For Holiday purchases, return request must be made within 7 days from receipt of gift. Refund given upon receipt of returned item.
How do I track my order?
All US orders are shipped with Delivery confirmation via USPS. If payment is made with Paypal or Google Checkout, you will automatically receive an email that includes the tracking number. If payment is made with a money order, we will email you the tracking number.
I would like to leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK, but I don't know how!
When placing an order on eCrater, you will receive a feedback link in your email at the time of the sale. After 20 days if feedback has not been left, eCrater will send a reminder to you with another link, which gives you an opportunity to leave positive feedback.
